Desperate buyers are going to extremes to land a home

WOW! I am quoted in this CNN article about the current real estate market. The scoop is that my buyers wanted this beautiful home in Rumson. Drawing on my marketing background, I knew we needed to do something to stand out. They had a vacation villa in the Caribbean, so we decided to offer the seller a free vacation in St.John. It worked! The seller said yes! My clients are thrilled! Then CNN called to get this story!
